"I\'m so glad that Milady and Leon-sama are safe."

I was very satisfied with my long-awaited mouthful of sweets. Marie had taken out her dessert trunk, and I was very glad she had not done so before we fell into that trap. I hadn\'t been able to save the meal I had spread out before falling into the pit, but Marie still had her trunk.

"... Marie is really the best personal maid."

Normally, there is no personal maid who prepares for unforeseen circumstances. There may be some, but Marie is the only one to do so as far as I know.

In the end, we couldn\'t find Father, Mother, and May, and instead stood in front of a door that seemed to hold the last boss.

The door is made of coral and looked gorgeous. It\'s hard to believe that there are any monsters in there.

"Is my father safe?"

The pretty mermaid princess winked as she proceeded to talk to us.

Leon seemed to know the mermaid princess.

Undine brushed back her long hair, which bore the color of the sea.

"Undine, the superior spirit of water."

A water spirit? That\'s a possibility I guess. There are even forest spirit dryads and fire spirits Ifrit.

"But you are a member of the Water God\'s household, aren\'t you? Why are you a dungeon master?"

"Are you acquainted with the old man?"

Her blue eyes like jewels sparkled.

"I am the God of the Forest"

"Eh! God! Why is God here?"

Undine shuffled her feet impatiently. I thought it was a fish fin, but it was a dress shaped like one.

"It was dropped by the Sea Serpent Dragon."

"Oh no! I\'m sorry about Pochi!"

Seems she’s the owner of the sea serpent dragon.

"Just what I needed. The Light God♡ as a god, can you summon or invite him?"

"Before that, answer my question. What are you doing as a dungeon master?"

As Leon turned his gaze, Undine began to tell what had happened to him.

As Leon gave her a stern look, Undine began to explain what had happened to her.

It seems that Undine did not become a dungeon master by choice.

One day, while taking a walk around these ruins, a magic tool fell from the sky. As the magic tool shone, it trapped Undine and Pochi and turned the ruins into a dungeon.

"It is that loathsome monument!"

A strange monument stood where Undine pointed.

It resembled a staff in the shape of a dragon\'s hand. At the tip lay a large pearl.

"I see. So, \'Those who aim for the heavens, light the pearl in the depths\'."

Leon nodded as if he understood. We had no clue what he was talking about.

"Leon, can you explain?"

"The ancient magical inscriptions on the mural were a clue to unlocking this dungeon."

Undine fluttered her feet again.

"\'I\'ve answered your question, my dear. Now call forth the God of Light ♡."

"\'That won\'t be necessary. Rio, light the pearl of that wand with Sacred Magic."

Undine looked at me and her eyes flashed.

"That child is a user of Sacred Magic? Amazing ♡"

"I have no idea what you\'re talking about, but you want me to use Sacred Magic on that pear, right?"

I gathered my magic power and held my hand out towards the pearl.

"Sacred Magic: Beacon of Light!"

My magic power turned into light and illuminated the pearl.

As soon as the pearl shone brightly with white light, the earth shook and I felt a sense of floating.

The ruins transformed into a floating island above the sea. The dungeon had been liberated, and Undine and Pochi were now free.

"Thank you, young lady! I\'ll thank you for this in due time ♡"

Undine, now free, waved goodbye to us and left with Pochi.

"What was that all about? That wand."

I left the pearl-studded staff in what looked like the temple of the ruins so that it would not be found.

"It\'s a magical tool created a long time ago. It is a tool for creating dungeons. Only light magic can release it. It\'s a ghostly legacy."

"Undine said that it fell from the sky. Did someone drop it?"

"Well, I don\'t know!"

By the way, my parents were rescued by Toruka-sama, so they were safe.
